Returns and exchanges

I don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Please let me know if your item is not satisfactory or is damaged and we will find a way to take care of it.

Because we now offer free shipping on all orders over $35, we have changed our return policy. If shipping was free, returns will be given minus the price we paid for shipping. Example: if you purchased a $25 ring and we paid $3.50 for the label you will be refunded $21.50. The only exceptions are if there was some kind of error in your order that was our fault.



USPS First Class or Priority Mail for domestic orders.

My package says it’s delivered but it isn’t here. Now what?

Please check your order to make sure you entered the correct address. It could have been shipped to a previous address. Or, make sure that no one has grabbed your mail- like a family member, etc. and forgot to tell you. Also your package could possibly say delivered but is actually still on the truck. If concerned please call your local post office.

Lost/Stolen packages

Once my local post office has scanned your package and has it in their possession I cannot be held responsible for any mishaps. If the package says delivered but is not at your home, or is truly missing after waiting, please contact your local post office. Please contact me ( with your order number) as well to see if I am able to assist. An insurance claim may need to be filed.

**If you’re worried about this before placing an order, please select priority mail. It has a better tracking system and comes with $100 free insurance.**
